Recipe for 2 servings
- 1 kg of cime di rapa (turnip greens)
- 5 anchovies
- 1 clove of garlic
- Breadcrumbs
- Chili flakes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- 200 gr of spaghetti
Clean the turnip greens by removing the stem.
Put olive oil, garlic and chili flakes in a pan, add the turnip greens and cook them for few minutes.
Blend the turnip greens.
Put some olive oil and three anchovies in a pan at low heat until they melt, add the turnip greens.
Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan (take them out “al dente”) and add them to the pan, together with the other ingredients.
Take another pan, put the bread crumbs and olive oil at medium heat until they turn golden.
Put the pasta on the plate, sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and add one anchovy on top.
Et voilà!
