My name is Chiara but I go by Kiki – I studied gastronomic sciences at @unisg_official and I’m passionate about all things food and wine. Especially about the stories of the people behind them.⁣

I love to combine unusual ingredients with traditional recipes.
I love the texture of home-made tajarin.
I love to check the leavening of brioches dough every five minutes.
I love the street food in the hidden corners of Tel Aviv.
I love cutting-edge and experimental restaurants in Milan but also the traditional osterie between Trapani and Palermo.
I love to discover the vision of the producer behind that particular Chenin Blanc.
I love to meet producers at local markets, learn about their traditions and ask them advice on how to cook a particular wild herb.
